# Backup and restore

### Backup

You can backup all application data to a single file.  To do so go to the `Settings` tab, and tap on `Backup`.

The file will be stored in `Documents` folder on your device.

### Restore

To restore the backup choose the `Restore` option in `Settings` a modal will appear:

Choose one of the backups available.&#x20;

Keep in mind: backups created only on your device (on this particular installation) will be listed in the modal. &#x20;

If you want to choose a different backup tap on the`Choose a file` button, and then select a file from your device.
